Delivery

3.1 This online store delivers products to customers in the United Kingdom only. We do not fulfil international orders.

3.2 We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Gift & Bows shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by our courier company.

3.4 We will replace items if the loss is determined to be our fault. We will dispatch all replacement items within 2-5 business days but shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

3.5 Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days after they have been placed.

3.6 The shipping time depends on the availability of the product and the production process. As a print-on-demand company, our products are made specifically for you once you place an order. As a result, it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. An item can take between 3 and 20 days to ship.

3.7 Fulfilment and shipping time are estimated times.

3.8 We calculate our fixed standard shipping rates based on the average shipping cost for each product category. These rates apply only to UK deliveries.

3.9 Our courier providers include Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL.

3.10 Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).
